Reviewer Invitation Workflow Redesign

One area of the Submission System that has received a lot of user complaints over the years is the Reviewer Invitation Process. It was clunky, cluttered, and new users were having a hard time using it. Through user interviews and testing I was able to collect meaningful data that helped when making some design decisions. Using the design system I was creating I set out to redesign some problematic areas of the workflow in order to make it easier for both new users and users who were used to the old workflow.
